Mom: I'm not posting my weight but down 4 lbs.
Breakfast: Coffee, Apple, 2 slices of deli chicken
Lunch: Onion soup
Snack: Peanuts & a couple strawberries
Dinner: Angie’s leftover grilled chicken and onion soup
Angie: weighing in at 79 (down 3 ½ lbs.)
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage & milk (too full for the eggs)
Snack: apple, peanuts, strawberries, fudgicle
Lunch: pepperoni, cheese & multigrain crackers
Snack: Tortilla chips with nacho cheese dip
Dinner: Grilled chicken with whole grain pasta with a mayo, milk, parmesan cheese & garlic. Made by Dad and delicious!!
Dessert: Fudgicle
