I totally loved the scale this morning!!!
I’m down 20 lbs since my New Years resolution!
Mom:
Breakfast: Coffee, orange
Lunch: Taco salad
Snack: sugar free twizlers
Dinner: Cabbage soup
1 hour Zumba class
Angie:
Breakfast: rice cake
Snack: strawberries & jello
Lunch: pepperoni, cheese & multigrain crackers
Snack: rice cake
Dinner: chicken wrapped with bacon
